Gorilla Technology (GRRR) shares tanked on Tuesday morning after the AI-enabled software firm reported Q2 earnings featuring a “wider-than-expected loss” that overshadowed its strong top-line performance.
The company posted $0.58 a share of loss for its fiscal second quarter on $50.1 million in revenue, compared to the consensus set at $0.04 per share and $38.7 million, respectively.
Still, for long-term investors, there were “significant positives” in the earnings release to consider buying the dip in Gorilla Technology stock that’s now down roughly 35% versus its recent high.

According to GRRR executives, high-margin GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) deployments, carrying targeted gross margins above 75%, are scheduled to begin generating revenue in the back half.
Plus, progress across anchor initiatives like the Yotta 1 framework and the NeutraDC Batam project in Indonesia positions the company to shift from capital-intensive setup to recurring, high-margin software/infrastructure delivery.
Crucially, despite the post-earnings sell-off, Gorilla Technology shares remain above their 20-day moving average (MA) – a technical setup that suggests their “uptrend” remains intact for the near-term.

Gorilla Technology’s continued expansion across government, smart city, and enterprise contracts provides multi-year sales visibility, mitigating the risk of a sudden drop-off in customer demand.
As capital deployment normalizes and high-margin recurring contracts kick in, the Nasdaq-listed firm’s operating leverage could expand rapidly in the second half of 2026.
All in all, the market today is punishing bottom-line noise and non-cash charges.
The bullish argument rests on the idea that the drop offers a discounted entry into a company raising full-year revenue guidance while on the cusp of a high-margin revenue shift in H2.
What’s also worth mentioning is that Wall Street analysts remain positive on GRRR stock as well.
The consensus rating on Gorilla Technology sits at Strong Buy currently, with the mean price target of roughly $37 indicating massive upside potential from current levels.
